After not having been able to study abroad in Russia due to the pandemic, I was looking to improve my Russian language skills through regular one-to-one communication with a native Russian speaker. Irina is an excellent teacher and has a warm and friendly attitude to teaching Russian. Our classes involve all aspects of the Russian language: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. My classes with Irina have not only helped me gain a better understanding of Russian grammar but have also helped me become more confident in holding a conversation in Russian.
